All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to each supplier’s terms, conditions, and policies. Pricing, availability, cancellations, refunds, and service fulfillment are determined by those suppliers, not Ellis Elevated Experiences.

Planning or service fees, when applicable, compensate for time, expertise, and advisory services and are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes, delays, or disruptions.
